Abstract

In the article the role of Russian policy in supporting and fomenting separatist movements in Moldova, of political and informational pressure against national-patriotic activities of Nation Moldovan forces. Given the detailed analysis of the formation and activity of Gagauz and Transdniestrian separatist forces. Showing twofaced policy of the Russian authorities in solving national problems in Moldova in 1980 – 2015 s. Reveals measures to implement the project of federalization of Moldova, preconditions and concrete steps of Putin’s Russia in its division and transformation of the region into the Russian enclave. Analyzing the onset and course of Transnistrian war, the author notes that among the causes of destabilization of the Russian side of the situation in the region and serves bet on Transnistria as a means of influence on Ukraine. The issues analyzed by the author in unison with the problems of Ukrainian political technologists rousing Russian separatist movement in Donbass in «hybrid war» Russia against Ukraine.
