DEVELOPMENT OF THE FACULTY POSTGRADUATE IN SHEI «PEREYASLAV-KHMELNYTSKY HRYHORIY SKOVORODA STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY»
Abstract
The article deals with the formation and development of the faculty postgraduate SHEI «PereyaslavKhmelnytsky Hryhoriy Skovoroda State Pedagogical University», gradual transition to credit-modular system of educational process at the faculty and implementation of interactive teaching methods for historians teachers. Postgraduate education provides specialized improving education and training people by strengthening, expanding and updating its professional knowledge and skills or get another specialty based on previously acquired education-qualification and experience, creates conditions for continuity and succession of education. Such training is able to fulfill the social order of society, as it creates an effective area of cognitive, social and psychological development of the individual. The purpose of the study is the fact that by studying of publications to make a comprehensive analysis, clarify the conceptual orientation of this layer of information. The article is written in the tideway of modern approaches to the analysis of historioqraphical sources and is based on the principles of historicism, objectivity, consistency, pluralism. By writing the article we used such methods as historical, chronological, analysis of research work and comparison.
