The evolution of scientifi c and technological support of computerization of education at the higher educational establishments of Ukraine in the second half of the 19th - the beginning of 21st century.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to study the history of scientifi c and technological support computerization of education in higher educational institutions of Ukraine during the period of 1960-2010 years. As a result of studying there were formulated the following conclusions concerning the basic laws and the development stages of this process: from mid-60s to mid-80s of the twentieth century were organized and carried out work on the creation of specialized software and automated design training courses, which investigated the basic laws of creation and the development of means of supporting dialogue in automated teaching systems based on the theory of solving tasks using human-computer dialogue and quantitative research and formalization of factors of effective human interaction with computing machine; from the late 80-s of 20st century to early 2000 there were conducted the surveys of theoretical and methodological foundations of computerization of education, in which intelligent training systems were defi ned as basics of computer study; from early 2000 until today the subjects of study by scholars were: fi rst, the technology of computer training based on the use of video and the Internet, secondly, the development of electronic learning systems, and thirdly, designing the model of open education.
