Abstract

The article analyzes the propaganda propaganda of the Bolshevik regime in Ukraine as one of the areas of power struggle, a method of forming a new system of Soviet values, lifestyle, based on class principles, ideas of collectivism and dictatorship of the proletariat. It is shown that an important tool in the ruling party against opposition views and ideological propaganda processing of mass consciousness in line with the communist doctrine was the press and propaganda literature. Other effective methods of infl uence on the attitudes of people in war was the revolutionary ideology of events – rallies, concerts, interviews, meetings, mass meetings, work politshkil, and libraries Cultural enlightenment, Saturdays and Sundays, etc. These measures were artifi cial, but in an unstable information attack was pro-Soviet consequences. The main objectives of the Bolshevik propaganda was to compromise the national liberation movement in Ukraine. Also, for an initial period of Soviet propaganda rhetoric typical distribution some common political cliché: praise the proletariat, which refl ects external threats, takes charge of building a new peaceful life; praise the greatness of the Red Army – a faithful guard of freedom and the gains of the proletarian revolution; advanced Soviet Russia opposition and hostile bourgeois West.
