Abstract

In this article the author refl ects important in terms of the formation of ideology amount of time analyzing the features of the environment-which formed the future position of professor. Recognizes the important role in shaping and establishing civic place of birth, family circle, years of education, the fi rst socio-political and professional experience. Recognizes the role of individual fi gures and organizations in the region, the existence and activity of which played an important role in the stages of socio-political views YuriyBoyko-Blokhyn.
